Police Use a Guy's Pacemaker Data to Bust Him For Arson

This is definitely the first time we've heard of a guy's PACEMAKER ratting him out.

Ross Compton from Middletown, Ohio lost his house back in September to a fire.  When he called 911, he told the dispatcher he'd grabbed some stuff, thrown it out the window, and then he escaped.

But the cops felt like the story didn't add up, and they finally found some evidence to back up their suspicions:  Data from Ross's pacemaker.

They subpoenaed the data log from that day to see what Ross's heart rate and cardiac rhythms were like before, during, and after the fire.  They did NOT match up with his story.  If his house was really on fire and he was scrambling to save stuff and escape, his heart rate should've been elevated, but it wasn't.

So he was arrested and charged with arson and insurance fraud.

A Nude Jogger Says He Was Just Trying to Build Up His Immune System

Two cops were driving around last Friday near Microsoft's headquarters in Redmond, Washington, close to Seattle.

That’s where they saw a guy jogging down the street NAKED.  The only thing he had on was a pair of black Sketchers, and it was around 3:30 in the morning, so it was pretty cold out.  They noticed him when his Glutinous Maximus was, quote, "illuminated by a street light."

So they pulled over and asked him WHY he was jogging naked.  And he said he was just trying to build up his immune system to fight the cold weather.

They could have charged him with indecent exposure, but there wasn't anyone else around.  So they decided there weren't any victims.

They posted something about it on Facebook afterward, and said they don't have any pictures to share.  And they added, quote, "You are welcome."

Canadian News-Crew Reporting About Terrible Potholes – Hits A Pothole!

Sometimes news reporters become the news themselves.

A Canadian news-crew was driving around Newfoundland, filming the roads to show that the town has a serious pothole problem -- when their van struck one of the large potholes, causing them to temporarily lose control of the van.

The crew ended up with a mangled flat tire and had to call a tow truck – just like numerous other people who have been complaining about the massive potholes.

Officials say that the massive potholes were caused by heavy freezing rain last week, and they are working to fix all of them as quickly as they can.
