A Guy Lost 300 Pounds by Walking to Walmart

31-year-old Pat Brocco from Avondale, Arizona went to a doctor's appointment three years ago.

He weighed in at 605 pounds, and his doctor basically told him his life was in serious danger.  So Pat decided to make a change.

He lived about one mile from a Walmart, and he decided that every time he was hungry, he'd walk to Walmart, buy food, walk home, and cook it. .

Quote, "You walk to Walmart three times a day, and you end up walking six miles."  And after the walk there, he'd be more inspired to buy healthier foods.  Now, three years later he weighs 279 pounds.  He lost 326 pounds, or almost 110 pounds a year.

For the first two years, he lost ALL the weight just walking to and from Walmart.  Over the past year, he's also walked on a treadmill and started lifting weights, and now he's RIPPED.  He went from 53% body fat to under 10%.  Click here to see the before-and-after photos.

A Teenager Calls 911 to Complain That Her Parents Forced Her to Go on a Family Vacation

There are thousands, maybe millions, of teenagers whose parents forced them to go on a family vacation this summer.  There's only ONE who handled it like THIS.

The police in Trent Hills, Ontario, Canada got a 911 call last week from a 15-year-old girl.  She told them her emergency was, quote, "her parents forced her to go on vacation with them."

When the cops got to the cottage where the family was staying, they found out that really WAS the only reason the girl had called.

The police chief says, quote, "This appeared to be a case of a teenager being a teenager.  Although she perceived this as a real issue, it was not an appropriate use of 911."  They decided not to file any charges against her for misusing 911.

A Family Whose House Has Been Hit By A Car 9 Times!

A house that one Canadian family has lived in since 1971 has been hit by cars --- at least nine times—six since the early '90s!!

They live close to a sharp curve on Route 101 in Tracy, New Brunswick, and because people are driving faster these days, their house keeps getting hit by cars!  They've thought about moving, but in order to move, they’d have to sell the house and nobody wants to buy it, because it’s constantly being hit by cars!

Instead (as they rebuild a section of the house for the 9th time), they're petitioning the government to install anything that might help slow cars down, including a yellow flashing light, a guardrail, or speed bumps.

Authorities are reviewing the situation.
