New York Man Breaks World Record For Extinguishing Matches With His Tongue

A New York man set a new world record by extinguishing 37 matches with his tongue in just 1-minute.

He has officially claimed the title for "the most matchsticks extinguished with the tongue in 1 minute,” beating the previous record of 30.

A Bad Batch of Gas Station Nacho Cheese Causes a Botulism Outbreak

You may not want to hear this, but maybe you should avoid that hot bubbling cauldron of bright orange nacho cheese at the gas station.

Five people have been hospitalized in serious condition with BOTULISM in Sacramento, California and it's because they recently ate some contaminated nacho cheese at a gas station.

There were only 161 cases of botulism in 2014, which are the most recent CDC statistics, so five cases concentrated in one area counts as a pretty serious outbreak.

If you don't know the nuances of botulism, it's a serious illness caused by a nerve toxin that can cause trouble breathing, blurry vision, and if it's not treated, possibly DEATH.

Bombay Gin Being Recalled For Having Nearly Double The Alcohol

You might ask, “Why doesn’t this ever happen to us here in the U.S.?”

Bombay Sapphire Gin is being recalled in Canada --- because it contains DOUBLE the amount of alcohol it’s supposed to!

The Liquor Control Board of Ontario first discovered that some bottles of the Bombay Sapphire Gin had an alcohol content of 77% (it’s only supposed to have an alcohol content of 40%).

Bacardi, which makes Bombay Sapphire, told customers they could return any of the mislabeled bottles for a full refund.
