Tiger Woods Was Arrested for DUI . . . But He's Blaming It on Prescription Meds

TIGER WOODS was arrested for DUI yesterday morning in Florida after being pulled over and a policeman smelling alcohol on his breath.

The cop says that Tiger was acting "arrogant," and refused to take a Breathalyzer test.

Meanwhile, Tiger says there was NO alcohol involved -- he released a statement where he blamed the whole thing on an unexpected reaction to prescribed medications.

But Tiger also apologized and says that he do everything in his power to ensure this never happens again.  Oh, and just an FYI: this has already happened before.  When Tiger and his then-wife Elin Nordegren got into their blowout fight back in 2009, he crashed into a tree while allegedly driving under the influence of Ambien.  But he wasn't charged with DUI that time.

Will Ryan Seacrest Bail On "American Idol" Because of Katy Perry?

Ryan Seacrest might not host "American Idol" --- and it’s all Katy Perry’s Fault!

There's word that RYAN SEACREST is upset about KATY PERRY getting $25 million to judge the new "American Idol,” because ABC has only offered him around $10 million to host the show.

Insiders say that Ryan is asking himself why he would come back to host a 16th season of the show at a salary that is much smaller than that of a newcomer judge. (AKA Katy Perry)

Both ABC and Ryan Seacrest refuse to comment on the negotiations.

Karma Alert:  Bill Cosby is Paranoid About Somebody Putting Something in His Drink

If this isn’t karma, nothing is:  BILL COSBY is reportedly worried that someone will poison his food or drink.  As a result, during his recent pretrial hearings in Pittsburgh, he brought all of his meals and bottled water from his home in Philly.

His paranoia is so bad that he wouldn't even stay at a hotel during the pre-trial hearings.  Instead, he and his wife flew back-and-forth from Philadelphia every day on a private jet.
