Personal Chef Speaks Out On What Cooking For Gwyneth Paltrow Was Really Like…

Once you become a huge star, you are expected to keep your body in tip-top shape – and usually that means hiring a personal chef.

Well, celebrity chef Kate McAloon is revealing the secrets on what stars eat to stay thin -- and the depressing answer is: not much!

Kate was hired to cook for Gwyneth Paltrow and on her first day of work, she was given a “brief” from Gwyneth’s assistant telling her the “rules” for preparing their meals.

Kate says that Gwyneth basically eats nothing.  She is very strict and sticks to her raw, vegan diet based on raw fruits and vegetables. She avoids all sugars and anything sweet, won’t eat any dairy, and meat is a no-no.

Kate was also a personal chef for Miranda Kerr, Orlando Bloom and Courtney Cox.
