Woman Billed For Not Attending Friend's Wedding

Weddings are expensive, and this couple wanted to make sure their guests knew it!

Jessica Baker lives in the U.K. and says that she was getting ready to attend a friend's wedding when her baby-sitter called to cancel.  Well, the bride and groom had stipulated that no children were allowed to attend the wedding, so Jessica and her husband stayed home with their children.

A few weeks later, she received a bill in the mail for $75 that said the couple was being charged for the cost of 2 herb-crusted walleye AND a service charge -- plus tax.

The bill included a note that read, "This cost reflects the amount paid by the bride and groom for meals that was RSVP'd for.”  It also said that they would appreciate a “card, call, or text” explaining why they were a no-show.

Jessica says she will not be paying for the meals.

A Guy with Road Rage Pulled a Gun on an Off-Duty Cop

A woman was driving near Palm Beach, Florida on Saturday when some idiot cut her off.  Then he kept slamming on his brakes like he was trying to make her crash into him.

So she pulled up alongside him and yelled, "REALLY?"  And that's when he pulled a GUN, pointed it at her through his window and said she better not mess with him.

But what he didn't know was that she happened to be an off-duty COP.  So she kept following him and called it in.  She got his license plate number, and some ON-duty cops pulled him over nearby.

His name is Jack Haberkorn, and he's 22.  He's facing a bunch of charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and improperly exhibiting a firearm.

And they also found a bunch of tools used for breaking into houses.  So he's facing charges for that too.

Time For Our Frivolous Law Suit of The Week!

JASON SAIDIAN ain't pleased with the donut gods over at Krispy Kreme.

Mr. Saidian is serious about his sweets and filed a class action lawsuit against Krispy Kreme after his order for Glazed Raspberry Filled, Chocolate Iced Raspberry Filled, Maple Iced Glazed and Glazed Blueberry Cake donuts were full of "imitation ingredients."

He's accusing Krispy Kreme of false advertising and wants five-million-bucks for sweet lovers that have been suckered.
