R.I.P. Garry Marshall, Director of "Pretty Woman" and Creator of "Happy Days"

Legendary producer and director GARRY MARSHALL died yesterday of complications from pneumonia.  He was 81.

Garry created some of the most iconic shows of the '70s, including "Happy Days", and its spin-offs "Laverne and Shirley", "Mork and Mindy", and "Joanie Loves Chachi".  And he's the guy who brought "The Odd Couple" to TV.

He also directed some pretty iconic movies, including "Pretty Woman", "Beaches", "The Princess Diaries", "Overboard", "Runaway Bride", and many others.

He also did a little acting . . . like when he played a baseball team owner in "A League of Their Own", which was directed by his sister PENNY MARSHALL.  She was also the star of "Laverne and Shirley".

Roger Ailes is Leaving Fox News, Amid Reports He Sexually Harassed Megyn Kelly

There are reports that Fox News boss ROGER AILES is getting pushed out of Fox News, thanks to the GRETCHEN CARLSON sexual harassment lawsuit.

Don't feel too bad, he's supposedly getting a $40 million buyout.

Meanwhile, we now know why MEGYN KELLY was one of the few current Fox News employees who didn't come to Roger's defense.  Sources say she told investigators that he harassed HER 10 years ago.

Now, she's seen as the future of Fox News, which is why they're supposedly working so quickly to push Roger out.  But Roger might take a lot of the network with him.  A source says everyone at Fox News HATES Megyn, and Roger's departure could lead to a mass exodus.

Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, Greta Van Susteren, and Shepard Smith are among a group of people who are thinking about exercising a clause in their contracts that allows them to leave if Roger is let go.
