Is it Better to sleep in or Work out?

Is it better to Sleep in or Workout? Great question. I love sleeping in, but I get an all day buzz from working out. I get up at 4:30 every morning so sleep is my bread and butter. Love it. Gotta have it to be "on" every morning with my friend Karen. You can't come into the radio station dragging you know what.  I really started working out around the first of 2018. Doing better about getting to the Gym three to four times a week.  I found that it does give you extra energy and you start feeling better about the shape you are getting in. Clothes fit better...fat chin goes away.....more fun to be around and you get some human contact with folks. I love it when people come up and tell me that they listen to the's so great to hear.  

Anywho.  There is no correct answer. Do both.
